In-person Support Groups

Our in person support groups can help you reach out to others going through similar life changes as you. Sessions help explore difficult emotions and see others in similar situations, deal with survivors guilt, teach coping strategies, and make connection.

You are not alone in experiencing these changes and we are always here when you are ready. We can offer a safe space to check in with yourself and others. Groups are led by our volunteer therapists in both Ukrainian and Russian.

Groups are held bi-weekly at the Ukrainian Credit Union (UCU), see our schedule below. Come join us for a coffee, let's chat!
